UK Mainland shipping rates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

When items are in stock, orders are usually dispatched within two working days of placing the order. 

Upon despatch, we offer free standard delivery over 3 working days to UK Mainland (excluding Northern Ireland, Republic Ireland and Channel Islands). If tracked delivery over 1 working day is preferred, this can be arranged for £4.99.

Deliveries to other areas may incur income tax and or custom duty. Where applicable, the customer will be responsible for such additional costs.

International shipping rates

If you don't see a delivery option for your country at checkout please contact us via email at info@poppybells.com and we will obtain a quote for shipping. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Where applicable, the customer will be responsible for such additional costs.

ORDER PROCESSING

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us. If your choice of postage is tracked, please follow this up with relevant carrier website using the tracking number provided.

If you have not received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@poppybells.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

MISCELLANEOUS

P.O. Boxes - Unfortunately, shipping option to P.O Boxes is not available.

Shipping to flats and shared accommodations- this includes blocks of flats, university student accommodation, caravans, mobile homes, holiday chalets, boats and business premises. The deliveries are usually made to external lockable letter boxes only and not to individual front doors or individuals. We recommend that the customer use tracked required postal method to avoid misplacing goods. Poppybells will not be liable for such loses.
